Spa Etiquette
Payment Information​
We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, cash, personal checks, and Nova Medical Spa gift certificates. Financing options are also available, please ask for more information.
Punctuality
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Nova Medical Spa & Laser Center, your appointment is scheduled with a Treatment Specialist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, the appointment is subject to be rescheduled and we reserve the right to charge a $20.00 rescheduling fee.
Cell Phones
To preserve the tranquility and ambiance of the spa, we respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off upon entering Nova.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment we do ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice so that we may possibly accomodate the needs of other clients.
Packages
When purchasing a series of treatments, you receive a discounted price. Therefore, payment in full is required prior to starting a series.
​Refunds/Exchanges
Unfortunately, spa treatments, packages, and Gift Certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable. We appreciate your understanding. Some exceptions appy.
